Amielle Care Vaginismus and Dyspareunia Self Treatment
Amielle Care provides self treatment for post pelvic radiotherapy adhesions and scarring.

After undergoing radiotherapy to the vagina, cervix or pelvis, a woman may experience some internal scarring (adhesions) which can make the vagina narrower and drier, as well as reduce elasticity.

If the formation of scar tissue within the vagina can be prevented, the vagina can remain supple and ensure vaginal examinations and sexual intercourse can be experienced without pain or discomfort.

Amielle Care was designed in conjunction with the United Kingdom National Forum of Gynaecological Oncology Nurses, and offers an effective way for women to take an active role in their treatment.
