In the unlikely event that you may have a complaint, please contact us as soon as you possibly can. We aim to fully satisfy all complaints within five working days, and we will keep you informed as to the status of the complaint throughout the handling process.

Returns And Cancellations
Any errors with your delivery must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
otherwise no claim can be considered.We will endeavour to meet customer's individual requirements, but shall be under no obligation to accept cancellation or amendment to any order or any part of an order. 
Return of Faulty Goods
If an item arrives damaged or faulty this must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item
You must contact us at customerservices@medema.co.uk before returning an item to request a return. 
You will be supplied with a return  number , to assist with the processing of the return once it has been received back. 

If the item is returned without the appropriate documentation provided by us, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
