If your order is placed by fax or email, you will receive an immediate automated confirmation. We despatch stock held orders on a next day service and also have a Saturday delivery option if necessary. In circumstances where items are being manufactured to order and shipped directly from the manufacturer, you will be advised a lead time at point of order processing.
All orders made during the working week will be activated on our system within 24 hours. We will honour all online pricing, including discounts and online specials.
